Affiliate Marketing Income Report for January 2022: How I Earned $6,000 This Month
After working as an affiliate marketer for years, I found out that most people in this field are not willing to share easily any data about their earnings and how much you can make from good affiliate programs.

Affiliate Marketing Income in January 2022: $15,912.85
Back in 2022 I was still working as an affiliate marketer for this gaming network that had several different offers for desktop and mobile games.
At the time, I was running some campaigns on Meta for two free browsers games called Anocris and Tentlan.
As you can imagine, for free games like these commissions paid are usually low. They can slightly vary from country to country, but usually range between $1.20 and $3.
Now you would think: how can you possibly make money with such low commissions?
Let’s have a deeper look at it.
Revenue
The picture above shows the dashboard I was given to track my results. For privacy reasons I had to blur some parts of it, but left visible the things that matter most for this post.
- Total Revenue: $15,912.85
- N. of conversions: 8,605
- Average commission value: $1.85
As you can see I was earning a mere $1.85 for each person I was bringing to play one of those games. Yet with that amount of conversions I was able to make almost $16k.
Now let’s check how much promoting these games costed.
Spend
In this picture you can see the data of the ad account I was using to promote the two offers.
In the fourth column I have highlighted the total amount spent to run the ads in the month of January.
Total Spend: $9,904.75
Net Profit: $6,008.10 (38% Margin)

The purpose of these income report is to showcase that you can make a sizable income with affiliate marketing even by promoting low-priced products.
